Our seven technologists are all certified and have the most up-to-date training. Each is a Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT). To earn the CNCT credential, a technologist has to meet three requirements: eligibility (through work and education), a rigorous written and practical examination that tests competency in NCSs , and an ongoing commitment to learning.
Our certified nerve conduction technologists all must demonstrate an understanding of the following:
- Principles such as human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Basic nerve conduction techniques, instrumentation, and technological operation of NCS devices
- Clinical disorders
- Problem solving
